The Origin Story
BuffMoo was founded by Caiden Johnson, a Fresno State student with a passion for great-tasting, high-protein dairy. What began as a college project quickly grew into a collaboration with the California Milk Advisory Board and Cal Poly’s dairy research team. With a focus on quality ingredients and real milk protein, BuffMoo delivers the taste of premium ice cream with the nutrition to fuel an active lifestyle. Built from the ground up by Caiden and supported by California’s dairy community, BuffMoo represents the next generation of student-led dairy innovation.
